All sessions of the Congress, including exhibits, posters, and oral presentations will take place in Berlin, Germany from April 7 - April 10, 2022.

COVID-19

We continue to closely monitor the coronavirus outbreak as the health, safety, and well-being of the OARSI community is our highest priority. OARSI will continue to actively assess the situation and distribute further information and updates from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization.

Due to the local regulations in Berlin, all delegates attending the World Congress must either be fully vaccinated with a European approved vaccine (Pfizer Biotech, Astra Zeneca, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson) or are fully recovered from a COVID 19 Infection within at least of 28 days and no more than 90 days and are able to provide proof of recovery following a positive PCR test. OARSI will be collecting this information from all in-person registered delegates prior to the World Congress. 

Restrictions for entry into Germany from some countries may apply. Persons entering  Germany must complete a digital entry registration. • Workshops are ticketed sessions that have an additional fee. (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning)
• All attendees must register for the meeting.
• Fellows must include a letter on letterhead signed by your Program Director indicating you are in training. Students must provide a current copy of student identification. (Submit via email: info@oarsi.org)

Cancellations / Refunds

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation and receipt card must be received by March 9, 2022. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed after the meeting. All requests received after March 9, 2022, will forfeit 100% of monies paid. If you need to cancel your registration, please e-mail Summer Culkin, OARSI Meeting Coordinator, at info@oarsi.org.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be available for all registrants following the meeting via a request to info@oarsi.org. 

Abstract Supplement

All abstracts presented at the Congress, both oral and poster, will be published in the supplement to OARSI’s journal, Osteoarthritis and Cartilage.
