School of Medicine Research Gala People’s Choice Award 2021

My poster based on my 2019 OARSI Highest Rated Therapy Abstract was selected for oral presentation at today’s School of Medicine Research Gala.

I was very proud to present my individual patient data (IPD) meta-analysis research which found that 75% of patients with knee, hand or hip osteoarthritis respond to placebo and to then win the People’s Choice Award.

Thanks to the organisers of the event and well done to the other presenters and thanks to everyone who attended and voted for me.
