I am shocked but honoured to find out today that my submission was the highest rated ‘Therapy’ abstract to Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) World Congress 2019.
My abstract ‘Identifying predictors of placebo response in osteoarthritis clinical trials of three agents with different routes of delivery: A meta-analysis using individual patient data’ has been selected for the OARSI 2019 abstract award in the category “Therapy”.
I will be giving an oral presentation of my research, undertaken in conjunction with OA Trial Bank, on Sunday 5th May in the 8:45 am Clinical Trials session: 2020 OA Vision: Emerging Therapeutics on the OA Landscape.
If you are in Toronto at the OARSI 2019 World Congress then I hope you are able to attend the Opening Ceremony / Presidential Address on Thursday, May 2, 2019, when I shall be recognised for my award.
